4. Liability
swiftbrandagency's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The client is responsible for their own data backups and security practices post-project handover.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in València, España.
